To tinker with things…to figure out solutions to things…and Comcast is really, in my opinion the best location to do that in the TV entertainment industry.
It really goes back to that sense of community - in that sense of teamwork and that sense of resiliency in us as a Comcasters I love working for a company that not only considers the building of relationships with its customers a priority, but also an employer where employees of all levels and functions represent the diversity of our customers and the communities we serve. As you would expect there are many career opportunities available. Pay and benefits are better than average. Pros Many company provided perks and benefits. Cons Large company politics. No one teaches you how to door knock, managers just complain and never help, they dont hire with in.
Pros free food. Cons long hours. They treat their employees great. Alot of PTO great benefits. Only problem was since Covid had to work remotely with no other option.

Taken on leadership roles within my department, committees and such to help network. Unfortunately, there is no guidance from leadership to help you grow. You feel stuck in a stand still position if working in tech ops.
If you get on the companies bad side, they will find reasons to get you out the door. The turn around rate is high and management does not listen or value their employees nor their health like they claim. The benefits and perks are great, no doubt about that. But know that you are expendable, if you do not understand that before taking on this career, they will make sure that you do.

Working at Comcast was just ok. Management was not helpful and no one was on the was the same page. Every office has a different way of doing things and customers were not a main focus. Pros Free lunches. Cons Pay, miscommunication. Worked for 5 years it was cool commission structure changed often in a bad way but easy 50k a year job but used to be much more.
Benefits are great. Courtesy service best thing ever and coworkers are cool too. Just gets repetitive after a while and you realized you just a cog in a wheel no true impact then gotta go. Customer Service Representatives. Virtual Inbound Sales Representative. Virtual Telesales Representative. Inbound Sales and Services Representative. Business Services Representative Inbound Sales. The vacation was two weeks but the more time you work there you get more vacation time! Holiday parties are the greatest. If we got busy we ordered in food and shortened lunch time.

I would say if you are lucky to work here you should. Comcast is a nice job and the company gives you opportunities to grow your career.
