The best oralist in the competition receives the Fay Clayton Award, while the author of the best brief receives the Ralph L. Brill Award. The Rovner, Clayton, and Brill Award winners also receive scholarship grants applicable to tuition and have their names inscribed on the permanent plaque displayed in the Moot Court Honor Society's office.
Each year the Student Bar Association inducts graduating seniors who have distinguished themselves by outstanding service to the law school, the community and the law profession, into the Bar and Gavel Society. Applicants for admission to the LLM Program in Taxation may apply at any time, but are encouraged to submit application materials as early as possible in the summer for fall-semester matriculation and in the fall for spring-semester matriculation. In special circumstances, international students may be considered for admission if they hold a JD, LLB, or other non-US first law degree.
However, international applicants should be aware that the program focuses primarily on US tax law.
