Being formed by Benedictine Spirituality, Rebecca provides a calm space for people to reflect, breathe, grow and seek meaning in their everyday lives of work, relationships and community. As a spiritual director for over thirty years, Missy offers a listening heart to those who are searching, are experiencing transitions, are in need of healing or are grieving losses.

Her traditional training in Ignatian and Carmelite spirituality combine with her experience in helping others to spiritually navigate the changes and challenges of life.
