On top of this, you will be micromanaged to the point that you are told you cannot walk on your 15 min breaks, because it gives the illusion of not having enough work to do.
If you are a contractor, you will be made to feel lesser than the full time employees and be spoken down to. You will not receive any formal training on your job, so much of the time you will be lost on how exactly to assist. Your manager will discuss in every team meeting how much they hate their job and the people they work for, even citing they are looking for other opportunities; leaving a very negative and non constructive working experience.

Difficult work life balance with travel almost two weeks per month and lots of overtime. Few opportunities for advancement and low levels of female leadership at higher levels.
I could not be more proud to be part of WWP. The mission is what drives this organization and the people that works there are all about making sure we are there for those that does not need to be forgotten. Great organization to work for. You will work with the VA hospitals, other none profits and Veterans and their families. Helping Veterans get the help they need and want to have normal lives again.
Pros Great work environment, awesome people you help. Cons Large territory to cover and not a lot of interaction with teammates. While there has been some restructuring and new leadership, this organization is the best one I have ever worked for. Their mission and culture is beyond exceptional. Advancing is difficult and often requires relocation, which can be tough.
They also do not consider cost of living for salaries, which means that similar roles get paid the same no matter where you live. Overall, this is a great place to work that cares about the Warriors we serve as well as our own employees.
The company has a good mission, but doesn't actively search and secure the best talent, has way to many meetings with no progress and let's upper management continue to make bad decisions that waste so much money.
