We love the heritage pools and recreation center. It is nice that we can rent it to use for special events such as graduations or wedding receptions. I feel we have a pretty strong community-much of that credit goes to the schools as well.

I think we have a large enough neighborhood that our HOA is strong and provides beautiful streets, parks etc. Conveniently located and family friendly. Close to grocery, shopping, dining. Great clubhouse, pools, tennis courts. Walks around the pond are especially fun and there are convenient poop stations for poop bags. I like the wide streets. It is a family friendly community. The homes and yards are well kept.
