Andy Baum Brooklyn, NY. Andy Baum. You would think that NY being a big media hub, this would be possible? I think the high end Avid products and FCP are heavy here. I've attended a couple of the Big Splash events over the past year. Attended by a few uppercrust Avid editors, mostly viewed Liquid as a backup for their toolkit.

Conversations with them suggested that the association with the Avid Brand brought them in. Schools here are saturated with FCP and to a lesser extent Priemiere. This is the potting soil for the comming crop of editors in this region.
