I was a patient for only 5 months before I realized that office and its medical team are crooks. I originally went in for testing of a rash I had on my hand and neck. My private insurance changed and my previous doctor no longer accepted my new plan, so I was forced to find a new doctor.

I was seen by a PA and he presumed it was allergies and only requested an allergy test although my Google research led me to believe there could be another trigger and I discussed it at length with him. They do not provide test results over the phone or by any other method than in person so they can charge you a co-pay each time - I was charged for each follow up I went back to get my results and waited almost 2 hours to be seen, and to find out he didn't complete any of the other diagnostics I requested, only an allergy test.

Long story short and 2 visits later I did additional testing that stated the lab did not receive an adequate sample although they drew 4 vials of blood. On my last visit, a different PA stayed they would need to do the test again. I still do not know what caused the rash, but I have found a new doctor to actually receive help. Does Not Recommend.
