We went to several places and I got really frustrated as I felt like the sales people were not listening to what I was interested in and were just trying to make the biggest sale. I was recommended to CMI by a friend.

When I met with Kim I asked him what would look best with my ring. He showed my several options even comparing how a plain band without diamonds would be a great compliment to what I already had. That alone sold me on the fact that he was just trying to help me make a good decision and not trying to just make a big sale.

We ended up going with a beautiful wedding band and I really credit Kim for how great it looks together. We have continued to go to CMI ever since and look forward to being lifelong customers. Sure, you can go to Diamonds Direct, if you want to wait an hour for someone to even acknowledge you are there. I was so pleased with the service and attention to detail, I came back to purchase another ring for my wife on our 1 year anniversary!! You have to check them out!! My mother went to CMI last year. Her best friend told her about it. She went and had an amazing experience remounting her ring and having her deceased husbands ring made into a necklace for her.

She said they were amazing. They did not harp on her to spend her money instead they were showing her all kinds of options for her and they were even suggesting she get the lesser of the few that were shown to her. When you walk into the show We were greeted and were able to go through the selections of engagement rings there are A LOT! Any style you are interested in is there! After we had made our round, a member of the CMI team patiently went through every case with us, and let me try on rings I was interested in. After explaining what I was interested in in a ring, and what I expected out of a ring, she explained the pros and cons of each ring, which was so helpful, as I hadn't thought of a lot of the things she pointed out!
