The College of Engineering and Applied Science Alumni board is a volunteer group that works with the Associate Director of Alumni Relations and Dean of the College in matters concerning CEAS alumni, and assists in the development and promotion of programs and activities to foster an ongoing affiliation between alumni and the college. The officers mentor the students and model positive behavior and alternatives. Participation requires commitment to attending meetings, completing community service activities, and having positive social behavior at school and home. The students are able to go on a variety of educational field trips, listen to guest speakers in their fields of expertise, hear lessons on topics relevant to today's youth, and participate in team building activities.

The students also participate in community service projects during the camps.
